I cant deny Brennan is obviously very good at what he does, but I just cant take to him, I dont know what it is but there is something, in the post race interview just now, he said, ive lost count of how many wins,.... we have had that many, hmmm

He's one of my new favourites, definitely into My Man territory. Although he does suffer from the modern sound bite type replies

Lars Bak just told a story about how he rode the Vuelta for HTC with Cav in 2010 - they won the TTT to put Cav into the red jersey and he went on to take the points jersey and 3 stages (the only three he won in the Vuelta). Bak had to mind him in the mountain stages, and was also an early rider on flat stages, dropping back before the sprint, so ended the race in last place. Cav was impressed with his work though and took him to both the Giro and TdF the next year

Magnus Cort quite happy with third, he's never really been a lead-out train bunch sprinter. I think Sunday might by his last career race, so I expect he'll give it a go

I was going to suggest Brennan for the final stage but then looked at the route. They're copying the TdF with four ascents and it's in Granada not Madrid. Maybe a WvA stage or Valentin PP?
