I’ve never understood the lack of research and innovation to provide some abrasion resistance for riders’ clothing.

I switched on here in Mallorca immediately after the accident, but it until now I haven’t been able to access this site.
So, my take is that this nothing stage was that it was cursed, but had a cherry on top with
Bryan Coq finally getting a GT stage win. (Sorry Mads number one fan.)

I think there has been considerable research into it. Into integrated airbags as well. Seems it adds weight and less breathability which is why it isn't used.

Can't be upset, certainly means a lot more to Coquard than Mads - who said he was just beaten fair and square by the quicker rider today
