So I've come down from the Sierra Nevada mountains to Huetor Vega to watch stage 20, another double pass on the two first cat 1's climbs. One thing I noticed while up at Hoya de La Mora was a regular largish group of Lady cyclists in a very nice kit with some expensive looking bikes. I even had one come past me when I had to stop for traffic lights on the way down and thought that's all I need another cyclist to get past on a rather steep windy road. I needn't of worried although I closed up on some of the straights she disappeared into the distance on the corners. I have since found out it was the Spanish Ladies National team on a training camp getting ready for the worlds.

Bl00dy Long . More movistar riders up the road unless redbull control but I don't think they can . Decathlon another mountain lead out or change of tactics?

I think Roglic might try to go early, a second place in a race he’s won 4 times won’t feel worth defending so he has to go all in either tomorrow or Saturday. Not sure it will work but surely he’ll give it a go?

There’s a heck of a lot of kms between the end of the plateau and the start of the final climb though.
80kms between the categorised climbs.
