Mod note:

Severe thread drift but letting it run as it's in Cafe plus it is no longer causing an excess of reports.

Declaration of self interest; I also want to see Cumbria win the Battle of the Regions.

cripes - I'm just amazed that folk have been reporting anything, unless some extraordinary stuff has been hacked that I haven't seen.
some folk nowt better to do maybe.
Nice in the north today.
cycled through or rather skirted bolton the other day on a somewhat odd/frustrating cycle travel route - the prog must have been having a snowflake day.
I can by the way recommend bolton museum and art gallery.

The museum is a good way to spend a few hours, I didn't know that it was open again.

The aquarium could do with a bit of a makeover though.

Not sure if it is quite open yet to be honest.
It was of course a youthful inspiration to shaun the bolton forger, hence his guilt when he learned that the museum had bought one of his creations

Nearly at the bottom before anything in Cumbria is mentioned. So, as Cumbria’s No 1 attraction we present:
Carlisle Cemetery.
