I had the urge for brandy last night and, on the way, discovered that it simply doesn't mix with London Pride. I should have used lager as the chaser.

The Church of Booze is a largely ecumenical affair.

I love a cold bottled larger, but i wont drink pints of it down the pub.
Beck's used to be a go to beer bud ,kingfisher,and stella..

San Miguel is from the Philippines.

Originally yes, but the San Miguel we get in Europe is brewed by the Mahou-San Miguel group which is definitely Spanish (and has always been independent of the Philippines company). In the UK, it's distributed by Carslberg and might even be brewed by Carlsberg in the UK I think.

I occasionally see the Philippines version for sale in Chinese stores.
