Lanterne Rouge

Not sure if this is the correct section of the forum for this but here goes.

I’m currently reading Max Leonard’s “ Lanterne Rouge” and it’s an excellent book.

However, it did get me thinking, has the winner of the TdF also been the lanterne rouge during a different year?

The closest I can find is Geraint Thomas who won it in 2018 but finished 140 out of 141 on his Tour debut in 2007.

Any Tour historians know if someone has achieved this dubious double?
