Laps of Regents park

Am being forced to go to regents park, would rather be doing the leafy lanes of Essex but there you go,
So what is it like on a sunday morning at 9 am, will it be mobbed or will it be a nice ride,
Are there any cycle chatters going to be there, is there a secret sign so we know who you are,

I used to go, many years ago when I lived locally. I used to go early weekday mornings and it was usually very quiet (apart from, I think, Thursday when there was a local club doing chain antics). I suspect these days it'll be busier, and especially so on a Sunday... but there's only one way to find out!

A sunday will see lots of parked cars, maybe not at 9am but certainly later on in the day.
