largest industry in the south east?

I've just gone for a ride with @vickster through parts of Surrey and West Sussex. I've checked wikipedia, and it seems to think the largest industries in the area are IT and chemical. This is clearly wrong. The economy is based on dog and cat kennels. And about 30 sheep.
