Quite the stadium he's building in Inglewood, too. I've heard they want to host the Super Bowl there. With the Rams current record, they sure won't be playing in the Super Bowl. This is causing the other teams in the area to eye moving away, especially the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders.
