It's been so dry here I doubt I've cut it 10 times this year. It got a haircut yesterday and I'm hoping the weather will go cold and it'll stop growing (or return to being nice and hot which has also stopped it growing)

Last use of the lawn mover - nahhhh using it to collect the dead leaves off the lawn is so much easier than racking them up on it...

not yet...... I always "hit" mine when we get a hard frost.... a little tip from a golf course groundsman/designer....
His tip was..."cut it when it's white with frost boy".... So having done this for the past 20 years.... It always "holds" back the spring cut...to be a normal cut rather than a long cut or two to get it down.....
For me....I've cut my lawn in December before.....
