Late evening bike rides

Hi.
Hope you've all had a great weekend. .
Sometimes I don't get the chance to get out on the bike in the weekend daylight hours, and sitting here now at 9pm at night watching the rubbish on the tv, I've got this irresistible urge to go out for a bike ride before turning into bed. Am I a sandwich short of a picnic lol:=) or do you "lady's and gentlemen" ever go out for a late evening ride :=)

So ... did you give in and get out for your ride?

I was out about an hour ago, and caught Jupiter and Venus low on the horizon just before sunrise. Magic

There's a hard core of heavy drinkers in rural areas who are still driving and continuing to get away with it as long as they don't have an accident. We ride at night but usually finish by 9 and I'd be nervous about being out later than that.

Its great riding at night. But at 4am this morning it was very icy on the way to work. It wont be long before you have the same problem at night in the UK.

Fortunately, I go home in a coupple of hours and it is gorgeous outside. Its about freezing but lovely and sunny. It will be a nice 25km ride home.
