I saw bits of it... daft buggers can't cycle for toffee! 
Here is a precis:
They had to cycle for 600 miles in turns on racing bikes with the front wheel taken off of the bike but the back wheel connected in to a turbo mile registerer but at the same time they could watch a simulation on a screen of their progress kind of like Nintendo Wii and some of the people got a bit saddle sore and arm sore so put massive cushions on the saddle and a couple of towels on the handlebars on which to rest their faces.
