Only slightly, but enough to bring the gap at the top down to 71.5" rather than 6'. The post is secured into a concrete base, sitting in soil.

Puzzled, as I have just pulled a fence panel out of it. So clearly someone got one to fit. Can't move the post over by hand.

What are my options?
1. Push the post over by force, e.g. car jack and beam.
2. Trim the panel. But that will make it loose near the bottom.
3. Remove pins, insert, reassemble panel?

Dig down on the side away from the lean; push the post across by whatever means; fit the panel and fill the hole.

Is it old, we had one that was old that fell apart as the steel reinforcing rods had rotted away inside it, the concrete just fell to bits in a strong wind

Your only half an inch ish out so you should if 2 of you be able to find that bit of play between the posts to slot it in. I know some of ours need a push to get them in and out when I creosote them. A thin bar or large screwdriver will help as well. Half inch sounds alot but should be easily achievable.
