If you looked Cyclemagic up, you'd find out they are a not-for-profit organisation who promote cycling generally, provide cycle training and also provide assistance to allow people with special needs to cycle.

It's in Leicestershire. Hope that helps....

Actually, it's pretty much in the middle of the county, even since Rutland regained independence.

I remember not that long ago that Leicester ranked quite high up in cycling friendly UK cities, never could work that one out. I went to the CTC meeting in Leicester with Council Rep's and wasn't impressed then.
