Car park down near the market & bus station. Also Merrion Centre just above the Town Hall.
Plenty of parking on Wellington street.

We're going on the train. NT said "Where is the Town Hall?" and I said "City Centre", and he said "I'm not driving in central Leeds!!"

And this from someone living in Manchester!

Anyway, we'll have a little train jaunt.

Oh, and parking in the Rose Bowl is OK, but it's expensive.

A couple of pay and display car parks are located near the Civic Hall and LGI, located just near Port Street on the map so cleverly posted by @classic33.
They might even be free on a Sunday.

Its got a "better!" one-way system than Manchester!! It'll drive you nuts once inside the inner ring road.
