I had a Mazda 6 on a 52 plate as a company car when they first came out, the 2.0l petrol engine was lovely...

...although prone to cracking and porous blocks, like the 626 before it. Pleasant car to drive though.

Briimed the tank, drove till near empty, brimmed again, recorded a shade under 52 mpg actual, car calculated 52.5 so it's fairly accurate.

I had a Talbot Samba. Not like that though, I rather liked it but the 3x wasn’t keen on maintaining cars.
