To be an oxymoron it would have to contradictory terms combined. Now if you’d said always calm…
The wobble or part of it looks to arise from of the forks being angled by 1 stud wide plates being only attached to a single stud and the surrounding plates all being curved.
Nothing yet on Rebrickable as a solution. Angles are normally formed by hinge plates but using those here would have two hinges on the outside of the fork

Decided the saddle needed attention as soon as I built it. Removed the central spine, replaced the 3 x 3 grey plate with a 2 x 3 and and fitted a 1x 3 plate across the front underside with a 1x 3 plate projecting forward to the supplied curving down 1 x 2 part. Appropriate tiles added atop leaving a 1x 2 gap. Also needs 2 black or grey 1x1 plates for supporting the main curved pieces in leiu of the 3 x 3
The supporting peg now fits into two thin Technic 1 x 3 beams butter together with a stud peg fitted into it. That partly fills the gap.

Not impressed with the attachment of the front forks. Its the limited extent of that seems to causing much of the wobble rather than the make up of them. Crying out for some hidden Technic linkage at the top.
The two 1 x 4 plates with two studs that fit on the underside of the crown are crucial for strength so added a black 2 x 4 tile to increase the strength and it seems to have reduced the wobble.

Transpired not be necessary afterall. The assembly was missing 2 red brackets on which the black assemblies across the top fit. Those I did not spot until I had opened the last bag making me wonder if they had packed in the wrong bag.
Wall mounted using a bike pedal mount. Due to the angle of the top tube unless the wall mount is put on at angle it needs something to fit the rising angle of the top tube. One thick black rubber washer placed behind the right upright has done the trick
