Unfortunately I don't think I could make it from London by bike after a full days work.

I don't know many pubs in town as I never go out there - and not many people have expressed much of an interest at the moment. I think there would need to be more expressions of interest on this thread, otherwise we might be going for a quiet pint, Hilldodger!

May I suggest same venue, diffrent time/day?

Perhaps a Saturday, 12:30PM for example?

Or perhaps a pub close to the railway station?

I am up for it, but I have limited availability right now - not that I'm at the centre of any great social whirl, more commitments to work and my gliding club.

If a date comes up that suits then I'm there, if not I'm sure I won't be that missed.
