Offer to prepare your company's "Sustainable Transport Policy and Plan"- that'll freak the directors out and help them understand how many 'brownie points' they can earn keeping you all happy and cycling.
Good luck!!

Bad luck, you definately need to get together and attack this as a group.

But as others have said your job has to take priority. The fire escape is definately only a temporary solution which will be stopped as soon as the fire safety rounds are done.

Ask the MD if he is willing to listen to any suitable alternatives or suggestions and then get together to investigate. May be you could use/rent another companies bike storage area?

How high is the ceiling in the car park? Can you stick a few of these in the car park?

You wont be able to lock the bike to anything other than itself, but if the carpark is secure that shouldn't be a problem.

Alternatively ask the guy who always drives in early and leaves late (there is always one) if you can fit a bike rack to his car... ;)
