guys was wondering if anyone can put me in the right direction for a lightweight bike bag

I intend to take the wheels off turn the bars and forks in and strap the bars to the frame and put the whole bike into a light weight bag with shoulder strap handle for carrying.Would prefer a non see thru material. Also want to be able to roll the bag up and attach to a carradice bag,or put straps around and attach to saddle. Its for credit card touring so i can take the bike into the room without any hassle

ok guys really thinking of the scicon bike bag, opinions appreciated.I have lately started taken the wife with me on remote areas where trains are not available but only buses, eg Scottish Islands etc.I am trying to work out a get out situation for the wife if it gets to much for her, like carrying the lightweight bags with me,so if it got too much i could fit the bike in the bag and the wheels into light weight Scicon wheel bags and place her on a bus.I have looked at the airnimal joey route as well but prefer the full bike size option.I try to keep things easy for her by allowing her not to carry any equipment making her bike light for the hills etc,so she may enjoy the experience to the full, and to encourage her to do more of the touring side of things. However at the last trip she was miserable a heavy shower gave her a chill, and it was 25 miles of hard cycling for her before we reached somewhere that we could catch a train. There where buses available and she would have got on if i had this setup. So trying to think out the box and look at different options to make it easier for her,so any opinions appreciated as an idea looks good until you get another opinion from a different direction.Any help and views appreciated

Ground Effect NZ do a lightweight bike bag IIRC.
Adrian of this parish made an even smaller one from the nylon woven fabric used for cubic metre sand bulk bags. I borrowed it once and it rolled up small enough to fit into a bottle cage.

Rich I like the look of that bike bag from New Zealand works out at £71 using a currency converter. After reading about it,it seems it is reinforced at all the major touch point definately food for thought.Your mates bag sounds interesting

I made a paper pattern of his bag while it was in my possession with a view to making one myself but I have never got round to it. I still have the pattern somewhere but I'm not sure it would make sense to anyone else!

Ok Rich looked at the 2 bags nz and pocket bag the nz is 170cm length and the pb 117cm so a big difference
the pb would be better for smaller package but the nz looks better made, and could probaly take the wheels as well ,as the pb does not (( decisions decisions )))
