Lightbulb wattage..........how critical is it?

Didnt know any of that....ive allways used toolstation.Found them to be good on price and nothing too much trouble.Returns not a problem and to top it all you get free coffees at my local.

Of course it's possible the electrician who installed the wall lights could have wired them in series in which case you might have problems running some of the newer low energy LED/compact fluorescent lamps.
