I'll take your word for that. Having lived in a property without a hedge for many years, I have had no need to see a hedge trimmer close up, or at all for that matter, since I was about 13!

It just isn't something I'd do, like sticking a fork in a socket or something.

I would, however, experiment with sticks and stuff (in the hedge trimmer, not the socket, that would just be silly)!

You're safe on the socket front, if its the standard 3-pin type.
You need to get one into the earth to allow you to get into the live one.

I think she contemplated the bicycle wheel and decided what goes around comes around. So she went off sowing lots of likes and then harvested them. (She may even give me a like for this post.)
