Lion in essex?

I'm glad it wasn't a lion as it would inevitably ended up dead. Now the neighbour's cat that *hits on my lawn . . . 'POLICE!'

What I found most puzzling was that the police had placed roadblocks in the area. Last I looked, lions couldn't drive (let alone hold a golf club - boom, boom, I'm here all week).
