Can’t get any bread flour or yeast?
Normal flour, white, wholemeal, brown or whatever you have, a pinch of salt and enough water to form a dough. No need to knead, just roll out.

Heat a frying pan, no oil needed and cook for a minute or so on each side

Wrap in foil whilst still warm to keep them soft

Go well with a curry, or fill with whatever and roll up like a wrap. I’m having tuna mayo & cheese for lunch
You can cook them in a microwave oven as well. The inside puffs up really nicely but the outside can be a bit chewy. Just pretend they're bagels.

you can also melt a knob of butter in some warm water in a bowl add enough flour to make a dough (Iwas told this method by a lady in an asian shop so they should know) cook on the pan as described earlier but you can then put them directly on the gas flame if you have it and they will puff up like a ball and be nice and light when they deflate.

@jayonabike doesn't need to open his windows and doors, as he's probably cooking his outside in his expansive outdoor kitchen.....
