Buts that our legal system pedantic and overly complicated, how else can a motorist blatantly caught speeding get off on such minor technicalities, such as the wording of any documentation. The one I always remember is a woman being let off a FPN for driving in a bus lane because the two occurrences of bus lane written on the road where "just" more than 300 yards apart.
