Might be
this mob. Did I miss anything by deciding not to go? Ended up having too many things to attend to at home so gave the 400+ miles each way trip a miss.
That was my first thought - the bike show website lists two "chicken cycles". The one you linked to had a floor dominating area with a good metric ton of bikes and gear, whereas for this solitary cubicle, it seemed like their delivery driver for the show went AWOL with their stall. Perplexing really. I'd appreciate if anyone else going over the next two days could keep an eye out for this fellow.
You missed some freebies, the usual energy bar/drink sampling, some nice cheeses in the Outdoor show next door. Dura Ace 11s in the 'flesh'. Pinarello seeming to take over half the display floor. (I didn't count but I reckon they had about a 30x30m area to themselves and around 50 bikes on show). A lot of Wilier around. Bianchi conspicuously absent. As was Trek. And a grumpy St John's Ambulance lady who was more interested in texting on her phone than explaining the nature of their cycle ambulance programme. Brompton had an interesting little tool kit that fitted in the frame at the main folding joint. Tidy.
*also, it was quite nice meeting the folks from Shutt, having emailed them regarding orders and whatnot a fair bit in the past. Lovely folks.
