I've seen you struggle a number of times on various rides

My biggest problem is lack of time; i did 3 or 4 reasonable months of cycling last year, then it tailed off dramatically and my fitness evaporated. And you saw me on my slower bike - i can get it up to a decent speed but it's tiring on a long ride.

and am mostly often amazed at your tenacity. Not quite surehow you do it.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
When i do my next long ride i'll be on my road bike.
