I need a bit of help here. I'm going to the velodrome tonight but can't find out when the racing actually starts. All I can see is when the doors open which is 5.30.
I don't want to get there too early and have to hang around until the action starts.
Eurosport starts it's programme at 7.30 but I fear they don't show it from the start.
Help please .

I’m going on Friday, so would appreciate any tips for making it a good experience.

Get a load of Cav in the Derny race toward the end of the night, loses his cleating near the back of the field a few laps from home, clips back in (how?!!!) and howls through them like a man possessed to win it on the last lap.... outrageous :-).... it's bad enough getting an SPD back in when you're going fast let alone a racing cleat.... so impressive that even Carlton Kirby was rendered briefly and blessedly speechless....
