Long Haul Trucker (frame vs complete build)

I'm about to buy a long haul trucker frame and swap all of the components from my Ridgeback Panorama onto the Surly frame .. and then sell the Panorama frame

Out of interest why are you changing from the Panorama to the Surly.

Not criticising the Surly at all but I have a soft spot for Ridgebacks.
