Don't know about being the longest, but a long one that sticks in my mind is approx. 30 km from Perpignan to Le Perthus in the southern Pyrenees.
Uphill, strong headwind and with a fully loaded bike, and in the rain!
But the downhill, almost all the way, to Girona made up for it.

If you have a tourer that can do off-road tracks and are not in a hurry there is a rough mountain pass that runs the same way after somewhere near Ceret. You'd need very low gears but it's tons better than sharing with all the traffic.

Pobably very handy before Spain joined the EU!

If you're climbing out of Macc towards the Cat & Fiddle, that's 6 miles or so of pretty much continuous climbing....very scenic though and then you're going downhill nearly all the way to Earl Sterndale. Also there's the infamous Bealach Na Ba near Applecross, which is even more scenic [and steeper..]

The two longests hills (mountains  ) I've ever climbed were both on the same day. Col de Rates (20km) followed by Confrides (25km), back in February. We set out from Denia in the Costa Blanca.
