I'lll put you all out of your misery. It's a Finer Recliner neck rest to replace the OEM one on my Catrike. The original one has a mounting bracket which doesn't leave much space for tyre and mudguard. This one mounts to one side rather than above the tyre, hopefully giving me more room. The embroidered cover was a freebie from the manufacturer.

New one weighs about 420g, old one about 230g. Hmmm, if I put a really really big tyre on the back then maybe I wouldn't need a neck rest at all. Will install the new one tomorrow.
