Her last bike was a big mistake and was responsible for putting her right off cycling; a heavy front suspension mountain bike with sluggish fat tyres and a very upright position that was a real drudge to ride. She's never ridden a road bike before and has been watching while our son has been getting more and more enthusisatic about road riding in the last year. If this means some family coffee shop rides it will be fantastic.
