Time to change my defy 1 tyres and fancy pimping my ride .... Which are the best?

Schwalbe Ultremo ZX are very good if you want fast, light, low rolling resistance racing beasts.

If you want non-expensive, puncture proof or durable tyres though... look elsewhere!

I have some Blizzards in blue, quite good, but remember they will wear quicker due to the compound used.

I used Fudge cyclestores last week and they seem to offer cheap foldable coloured tires often and as they came prompt I would have no concern over using the again; the current offer is Schwalbe Blizzard.

One last question ... For a 100 mile bike ride ... Would you use a folding tyre or one with a wire bead,or doesn't it matter?

Doesnt matter ive used both and not found any difference folding tyres you can stick in your jersey pocket as a spare. Good luck putting a regular tyre in though.

Yup, I ride many thousands of puncture free miles on (Blue) Rubino's.
