Hang your head.

Especially re: 3. I find that a fist with the middle knuckle extended to the side of the thigh is rather effective.

I can still do skids on my bike like I could as a kid! :hyper: It's easy: you just slam on the rear brakes but not the front, and away you go .

In their brief resurgence recently I boasted to my boy that I used to be able to do a Rubiks cube in under a minute (I could, honest) when I was his age.
So he presented me with one for my birthday. 'No problem' I said. 'Mix it up a bit'
After ten minutes he said 'Shall I Google it?'

I used to be able to get any bike up pretty much any steep hill. No longer.

I was also happy to jump in the sea during the summer completely ignoring the temperature

I also used to be fit.

I also used to be able to do it in under a minute, not anymore though I bet!

There's just one vital move to do after getting top-side, middle and two bottom corners in the right place. I could Google it but I've had the obstinacy not to so far. Meanwhile my son points at it when he comes round and says 'Fail!'

Edited: To add that I also appear to have lost the skill of appearing to find something amusing when I have actually heard the same 'joke' before.
