Hoping that the dark clouds and drizzle **** off in time for the start of this mornings ride. Might need to do a stint of sim racing until things clear up. Anyhow, had my 3 weetabix and a coffee so fuelled up.

Wetter than a wet thing here, so we have a puppy with cabin fever. Seemed to have developed pain in the balls of my feet so I will doing some calf stretching on and off through out the day.

Better than a pain at the foot of your balls. Hope the stretching eases it.

Afternoon folks,
I was pottering outside, then it started raining, so I'm indoors with a cup of tea now. Looks sunny out now.
Went to the bike jumble at Ripley this morning, I seem to have an old Alan frame in the garage now with a selection of parts to build it up, unfortunately it's not mine but I took it back to civilsation for a friend as he was on his bike. I'm sure he won't notice if I swap some bits around.
Supposed to be out for a ride tomorrow morning, hoping the weather holds out.
