Hi peeps! 40 year old who turned into a health freak following a car/motorcycle accident that decimated my legs 4 years back. Going from strength to strength and improving rapidly, ride a Haibike XDuro RC29'er with Bosch motor support. Motor got me back in the saddle, but never gets switched on now, unless there's an awesome offroad climb. Just switched it to hybrids tyres and SPD's for the winter months, ride on average 4 times a week with 3 cycle trainer sessions a week.
