Well, first ride was to get the hang of it, today, 2nd ride todat, I pretty much got a PR on every segment without really trying, AND my speed increased to 13.5mph. Soooo pleased, it was such fun, and no more braking down hills lol!!

My mountain bike is called Priscilla (Queen of the Desert - 'cos she looks like a lady but underneath she's a dude ) and my hybrid is called Arabella, because she's a pretty lady.
