middle of nowhere in France
In the little village bar that i stopped at this morning. During my ride i felt a little sick so stopped at a little village bar for a coffee, i asked if there was a bakery in the village and she said no but i can give you a brioche with your coffee.
She bought coffee and brioche out to where i was sitting and asked if i would like butter and marmalade with it and did i need my water bottle filled up.
She spoke really good english as well.
All this and she only charged me 2 euros !!! in bigger villages or 'towns' it costs between 2.50 and 3.50 euros just for the coffee;
I will certainly be riding that route again xx
