Ooh, just come back from a gorgeous ride, partly through Kent country lanes. I left Biggin Hill and went to Pickhurst to drop Mrs BM's lunch off, then down the A21 including the dual carriage way bit by the M25, across to Badgers Mount, and then back via Knockholt and Grays Road. A nice easy 37km, chuffed.

Blimey, Mikey, I'm amazed that it is possible to squeeze a viable income out of what you do - good for you! I hope your clients are all decent people, and don't treat you like some sort of servant? When I worked in a physiology research lab some of our subjects, who got training advice in exchange for volunteering, were right self-obsessed self-gratification artists...
