about to turn right to head up a hill as a crazy cyclist came round the corner on my side of the road if i was in my car he would have hit the front of my car he only just missed me now i know people are trying to get faster and faster but at what price bloke genuinly scared the crap out of me

Had something almost identical a couple of weeks ago. single track road, I'm on the road that does not have priority at the T junction coming up and I'm going left. As I start to come round for the junction, (with me on the left of the single track) another cyclist comes charging around the corner on my side of the road and nearly collides with me! Actually, writing that out, its sounds identical. I'm assuming he was using the same method as myself for checking the road was clear - sound!
