Police car maybe. Given the sharp left turn made by the driver, in that piece, they'd been alerted to him earlier.

Windscreen fell out & can be seen hitting the road on the righthand side of the lorry the driver got out of. Possibly "helped on its way" by the drivers unusual exiting style.

Sorry for various reasons I watched it earlier without sound and didn't see it too closely originally either. Seems he was lucky that the glass fell out and he was able to hold on to his lorry!

I saw it on the news, and my first thought was - he obviously wasn't wearing a seat belt, or at least not an across the shoulder type. And then I thought, if he was, he could well have serious whiplash, if not some dislocations. There's a hot potato of a topic!
