Best off doing some sort of yoga/stretching/pilates sitting at a desk and then cycling shortens your hamstrings alot. Down dog would be a good yoga move to do for 10 minutes or so at lunch, if you have the space.

when its sunny and warm and not raining or blowing a gale and I don't need the car during the day - I commute into work and usually I will go out on a half hour ride at lunchtime. also no showers so squaddie shower, - wash and spray on deodorant , does the job.
I find by the time I've done the ride I'm not hungry so skip lunch.

office is moving in a couple of years, if still there looking forward to the commute , at present its a measly 15minutes, - I 'm just getting sweaty as I get to work, but the new place is about an hour - thats a bit more worthwhile. - great route to.

I've done none this week, the weather has been too crap but if the snow stays off (famous last words!) I'm tempted to go for 30mins spin to burn of the recently processed Bacon and Egg Bap
Famous last word indeed, a colleague arranged a meeting (which never happened!) by the time it was sorted out a few light flutters were comeing down so I chickened out, I guess I'll haveto get fat.

I try and make sure that my sandwich is very heavy so that it affords me some exercise as I lift it to my gob. Any weight gained is obviously pure muscle.

Lunch is my time to head into town and grab a McDonald's. When I haven't got any particular homework to do, though, I go for short rides during my free periods which are just as long.

so have we, well its on the same site but fitness first want a silly amount of cash each month to use it and won't entertain a corporate membership for all us working on the site .

that said I get enough on the ride in and homer each day and could make it longer if i wanted but don't in the winter - unless its warm and dry . I take kids to swimming lessons on a wednesday ( eldest is in RLSS Gold award, youngest stage 4 National swim school , yes i am proud) and get an hour in the pool . weekends isn't exercise as such its having fun on bikes with the kids

don't they have any real food in your town ? - a daily diet of McDonalds is really bad - you seen the figure on Ronny! - I know it's cheep , but theres a reason for that.
Get a loaf of bread make up some jam sandwhiches , eat fruit. - fat filled beef(?)burgers are not a good daily diet. -, great for a treat, say twice a month.
See if you can get your PE teacher to get some weight equipment or turbo trainers, hit those at break time instead of going to macdeath.
If your going to eat fatcrap your best doing it after a session of hard physical exercise as the body processes fat much better then.

The darts playing is proving to not provide the right sort of exercise, so it has been switched to poker, my fingers are already feeling stronger with all that card lifting and chip throwing.
