One week in and my brooks flyer special has already disappeared from under me. I went for a little ten mile hilly spin this am and it wasn't till I got home that I realised that I hadn't thought about my seat at all during the ride. Deep joy!

I've never tried a sprung one. I have more than enough interior upholstery.
