Misleading in what way. I do feel pain! You just assumed that I had another incident. Your interpretation not mine.

And the video itself says it is for charity, so hardly misleading.

Calling my post spam was a bit off though!

Don't worry about the 100 miles bit, do regular rides of 70 ish miles and you'll get used to it. In summer on club outings we tend to touch 100 miles on sunday rides. As long as you get some training rides in and eat and hydrate yourelf properly. You'll be fine.

Part of the problem is finding the time to do the training rides. I certainly will do some, but with two young kids in the house and a severe lack of babysitters time is short. Just makes it more of a challenge I suppose! ;)
