She may well prefer a women's specific saddle, and possibly narrower handlebar. Aside from that, no problems with men's/ladies bikes......

If you buy a men's / unisex geometry bike, bear in mind you will almost certainly need to change the saddle and possibly the bars (to a narrower one and thus the tape) and also fit a shorter stem or at least flip it. This lot could cost you £100. Something like a Ribble, Dolan or Planet X build would enable you to do this without cost
A lot of people ride on a bike with badly fitting & really need to change the bars, steam & saddles. This is one reason why I prefer to build my own bikes from a bare frame. There is almost always a £££ or so in getting the fit right on a factory built bike.
