I know the answer already, but I'm going to ask anyway.
Tomorrow I have to be 10 miles away (14 cycling miles to avoid main roads)
I was looking forward to the ride, but the weather's changed.:cursing:
So, man up and take the waterproofs? Or get the train atleast one way??
Last time I took my bike on the train with the plan of cycling home I got the train back too.

It's only a there and back trip, one errand to run, then home - possibly to a hot bath!
But yeah, cycling is meant to be fun so maybe not if it's chucking it down.

If you don't have to get there looking super smart ride it, riding in the rain is fun - for me anyway ^_^

They call it the "Flu Express" for a reason.

He has a point, the train sucks if you have a bike with you. Personally, I'd get some waterproofs and ride it - I picked up a pair of overtrousers for £10 just today specifically so I could keep riding in the rain.

It wasn't really about bikes on trains, Noodley just seems to have a pathological hatred of trains. I'd rather cycle, looks like Noodley would rather crawl across broken glass than take a train - maybe one bit him when he was a kid.
