I've got a chocolate crispy cake in the cupboard???

Hot Porridge - it's miserable out there!I'm all manned up!
Now, what to have for breakfast?!
Eat something nutritious FGS!!!! Like, maybe a scone with clotted cream and jam?![]()

So, man up and take the waterproofs? Or get the train atleast one way??
Last time I took my bike on the train with the plan of cycling home I got the train back too.![]()

Depends mate on whether you get charged for taking the bike on the trainI know the answer already, but I'm going to ask anyway.
Tomorrow I have to be 10 miles away (14 cycling miles to avoid main roads)
I was looking forward to the ride, but the weather's changed.

I'd be happy to get charged for taking my bike on a train, provided it guaranteed me being allowed on the train. Our country train services don't seem to provide that guarantee. I've considered taking a train at least part of the way to the Victorian Alps and then riding the rest of the way there, to spend an enjoyable long weekend riding up some mountains. But the lack of guarantee has put me off, because I don't want to ride to the train station all kitted up for the long weekend, only to find I'm not allowed to take my bike on the train!Depends mate on whether you get charged for taking the bike on the train![]()

It wasn't really about bikes on trains, Noodley just seems to have a pathological hatred of trains. I'd rather cycle, looks like Noodley would rather crawl across broken glass than take a train - maybe one bit him when he was a kid.
Well done, but now you've scoffed all the crispie cake, what's for tea?
