Must be bad Fossy- take it easy.

Cheers mate - just got worse over this week - just plodded to work and back last few days. Fully dosed up on pain killers yesterday, and even went for the ibuprofen when my 'dose' was reached with the paracetamol/cocodamol.......... still didn't work.

im coming but only for a pootle round the track as I have had a severe lack of any cycling or cardio exercise in the last 2 months. Just some steady riding, not too fast not too slow.

Get better soon fossy!

Sorry folks not going to make it. The roads round here have been plowed but they are no fun on a bike with the Christmas shoppers trying to get past you. They seem to think I have no right to be on the road! Riding home from a friends last night made me realise it is safer staying in and car is not going anywhere.

No excuse Young-Un - it's been 'ere since Summer............

Going to see how the shoulder goes - it's been not too good the last few days.

Will confirm on Saturday.

Aha true, although I've been very busy partying/working/doing a levels/cocking about with my mates and so have not been on the forum much
