Map my Ride Problem

For the past 2-3 weeks MMR has been showing the route I have ridden in straight lines from point to point (no apparent point). Can anyone help please in getting it back to the actual route ridden. I am using it on a Samsung Galaxy S10 and have been for several months. Today's ride was 30km but with the straight lines it reads as only 13km.

My guess it'll be your phone gps receiver and not MMR. It maybe something as simple as something is blocking or interfering with the receiver. Good luck
