Living in the US I have to have two sets of most tools (allen/hex keys, spanner/wrenchs) depending on whether I'm fixing something built in the US or anywhere else on the planet.

I read that the other day, even Syria has signed up to it now. Given that many of the American states have said that they will honour the climate agreement anyway, the white section should just be a few acres in the middle of Washington.

Nicaragua was a late signatory, in their case because they felt the agreement didn't go far enough...
